Motus Group (UK) Ltd is part of the UK’s largest independent commercial vehicle dealer group, which includes 117 vehicle franchise outlets at 80 different locations.

Prime Retail advised Motus on the disposal strategy of their property in Sheffield (Savile Street), whereby a leasehold deal to Sytner was agreed, followed by a Freehold sale of the site.

In addition, Prime Retail acquired a new site on behalf of Motus (Mercedes Benz) in West Thurrock as part of a relocation / upsize.
