McDonalds or “The Golden Arches” as its otherwise known, is one of the nation’s most loved and recognised restaurants, operating from circa 1,300 stores throughout the UK and serving over 3.7 million customers daily.

Prime Retail advised McDonalds on a number of acquisitions for their “Delivery Kitchen” format, having acquired over 10+ sites on their behalf across the UK. In addition, Prime Retail has also advised on the acquisition of a number of High Street sites including Canning Town (Hallsville Quarter, Silvertown Way), Wandsworth Town (Southside Shopping Centre), Portsmouth, Gosport and Swanley town centres.
