McDonalds or “The Golden Arches” as its otherwise known, is one of the nation’s most loved and recognised restaurants, operating from circa 1,300 stores throughout the UK and serving over 3.7 million customers daily.

Prime Retail has been advising McDonalds on the acquisitions of their new “Delivery Kitchen” format, having acquired over 10+ sites on their behalf across the UK. In addition, Prime Retail has also advised on the acquisition of key London High Street sites including Canning Town (Hallsville Quarter, Silvertown Way) and Wandsworth Town (Southside Shopping Centre).
